Brett Favre
Brett Favre is a former American football quarterback who has played for three teams in the National Football League (NFL): the Green Bay Packers, New York Jets, and Minnesota Vikings. He is the only player in NFL history to have won the Super Bowl three times, and he holds many NFL records, including most career passing touchdowns, most career passing yards, and most career interceptions.
Most career passing yards
Brett Favre is a former American football quarterback who spent the majority of his career with the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the University of Southern Mississippi, and was selected in the second round of the 1991 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons.
Favre became the Packers’ starting quarterback in 1992 and led them to eight consecutive postseason appearances, winning five NFC Championships and Super Bowl XXXI during that span. He was traded to the New York Jets in 2008, and spent two seasons with the team before signing with the Minnesota Vikings in 2009. Following his season with Minnesota, he announced his second retirement from professional football, but un-retired and rejoined the Vikings in 2010. Favre played one more season before again retiring in 2011. He holds NFL records for most career passing yards, most career passing touchdowns, most consecutive starts by a player, most times sacked, and most fumbles. At 61 years of age, he is also oldest player to have thrown an NFL touchdown pass.

Peyton Manning, quarterback for the Denver Broncos, set a new NFL record for the most touchdown passes in a season with 55. The previous record of 50 was held by Tom Brady of the New England Patriots. Manning now holds the record for the most touchdown passes in a career with 539.
