Head coach Jeff Schaus has been with the team for four years, and during that time, the team has won two conference championships and made it to the NJCAA World Series twice. Schaus was named Coach of the Year in 2016 and 2018.
Assistant coach Tyler Sanford is in his third season with the team, and he has helped the team to a conference championship and a World Series appearance.
