The Lakers finished the Regular Season with a record of 12-12-4 and are the 10 seed in the tournament. They will face off against 7 seed Bentley in the first round. Mercyhurst has been a bubble team for the past few seasons and just narrowly missed out on an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament They will be looking to prove that they belong in the tournament this year.
-Rochester Institute of Technology
The Tigers finished the regular season with a record of 12-13-3 and are the 9 seed in the tournament. They will face off against 8 seed Niagara in the first round. RIT is coming off of a disappointing season in which they failed to make the NCAA Tournament They will be looking to redeem themselves this year and prove that they are still one of the Top Teams in Atlantic Hockey.

Canisius is coming off of a down year in which they failed to make the NCAA tournament However, they have been one of the top teams in Atlantic Hockey over the past few years and will be looking to get back to their winning ways this year.

Many leagues did not start their seasons until late December or early January, and some conferences were forced to cancel their seasons entirely. Despite all of the adversity, there were still plenty of collegiate Hockey teams that fought their way through to the end and made it to the playoffs. The first team on our list is the Army Black Knights The Black Knights had a stellar season, finishing with a 21-4-3 record. The Atlantic Hockey Playoffs are an annual single-elimination tournament that determines the NCAA Division I men’s Ice Hockey championship for teams from the Atlantic Hockey conference (AHC).
The playoffs are currently scheduled to begin on March 11, 2022, and conclude on April 2, 2022.

Another team to watch out for is the second-seeded Omaha Mavericks The Mavericks had a great regular season as well, losing only six games. They have a talented roster and will be a tough team to beat in the playoffs.
The third-seeded Team North Dakota is also a team to keep an eye on. They had a very successful regular season, losing only eight games. They have a deep and talented roster that can compete with any team in the playoffs.
The fourth-seeded Colorado College Tigers are another team that can’t be counted out. They had a great regular season, losing only nine games. They have a top-notch goalie and a solid defense that can shut down any offense in the playoffs.
