The Avera select basketball Program

Avera Select Basketball is a year-round training and development program for the top Ung Basketball players in South Dakota The program provides exposure to college recruiters and an opportunity to compete against the best players in the state.

Avera Select Basketball was founded in 2014 by Tim Duffy, Avera McKennan Director of Athletics. The program is open to any high school player in South Dakota There are no tryouts or cuts.

The Avera Select Basketball Program is committed to developing the whole person – mind, body and spirit. We believe that if we can help our players reach their fullest potential as basketball players they will be better prepared for success in whatever they choose to do in life.

The Avera Select Basketball Tryouts

Avera Select Basketball is a girls’ Basketball Program for 4th-8th grade students in South Dakota The Avera Select Basketball tryouts are an annual event that takes place in late October / early November. This is the first step in becoming a part of one of the best basketball programs in the state.

The Avera Select Basketball Training

The Avera Select basketball training is a program designed to help young basketball players take their game to the next level. The program provides access to the best trainers in the country, who work with each player to improve their skills.

The Avera Select Basketball Training program is open to players in grade 3-8. The program is offered in two sessions, each lasting four days. The first session is held in June, and the second session is held in August. Each session includes two days of training, followed by two days of games.

Players who participate in the Avera Select basketball training program will improve their skills, learn how to compete at a higher level, and make new friends.
