Next, you need to prepare the turkey for roasting. Remove the giblets and rinse the turkey inside and out with cold water Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
Now it’s time to stuff the turkey. You can use your favorite stuffing recipe or a pre-made stuffing mix. Be sure to stuff the turkey loosely, as stuffing that is too tightly packed can cause the turkey to overcook.
Once the turkey is stuffed, you need to truss it. Trussing helps to keep the stuffing inside the turkey while it cooks and also helps the turkey to cook evenly. there are many different ways to truss a turkey, so feel free to use whichever method you are most comfortable with.
Now it’s time to roast the turkey! Place the turkey in the roasting pan and bake it for about four hours, or until the internal temperature of the Turkey breast meat reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
