Delone Catholic School is a small, private, coeducational Catholic High School located in McSherrystown, Pennsylvania. The school is located in Adams County and serves grades 9-12. The school is part of the Diocese of Harrisburg.

The school was founded in 1951 by the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi. The Sisters of St. Francis operated the school until 1987 when it was turned over to the Diocese of Harrisburg.

The school’s sports teams are known as the Delone Catholic Squires. The Squires compete in the Piaa District 3 and are members of the Baltimore Catholic League (BAL).

Delone Catholic has a strong tradition in basketball. The Squires have won four PIAA State Championships (1985, 1986, 2001, 2002) and seven district championships (1984, 1985, 1986, 2001, 2002, 2009, 2010). The Squires have also won two BAL championships (2001, 2002).
