The University of South Carolina has announced their baseball schedule for the 2020 season. Some of the key games include a three-game series against Clemson and a trip to Florida.

The 2020 South Carolina Gamecock Baseball Schedule has been released and the team will be playing a total of 56 games.

The 2020 Home Schedule

The 2020 home schedule is highlighted by 36 games at Founders Park, including marquee match-ups with Clemson, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina and Vanderbilt. The Gamecocks will also host Duke, East Carolina Furman, Mississippi State North Carolina A&T, Old Dominion and Wofford at Founders Park.

The 2020 Away Schedule

The 2020 away schedule for the University of South Carolina’s Gamecock Baseball Team has been released. The season will open on February 14th with a three-game series against the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Other schools on the schedule include Clemson, Vanderbilt, and Florida State

The 2020 SEC Schedule

The 2020 SEC baseball schedule was released today and features many marquee match-ups. The season will open on February 14th with a three game series against the Clemson Tigers This will be the first meeting between these two schools since 2015.

Other notableseries include a visit from the Florida Gators (March 13-15), a road trip to take on the Ole Miss Rebels (April 3-5), and a home stand against the LSU Tigers (May 8-10).

The conference tournament will be held from May 19-24 at the Hoover Metropolitan Complex in Hoover, Alabama.

The 2020 Non-Conference Schedule

The Gamecocks will face many strong opponents in 2020 as they release their non-Conference Schedule The season starts off with a three-game home stand against VMI from February 14-16. This will be followed by a six-game road trip to Arizona, Utah, and UC Santa Barbara from February 21-March 1. After returning home for a mid-week game against Charlotte on March 3, the Gamecocks will travel to Clemson for a three-game series from March 6-8. The next week, USC will play host to Presbyterian College for a three-game series from March 13-15. The home stand continues as the Cocks welcome Wofford on March 17 before closing out the month on the road at Coastal Carolina (March 20) and Furman (March 24).

The 2020 Postseason Schedule

The 2020 Postseason schedule has been released, and the Gamecocks will open their campaign at home against the University of Connecticut on Thursday, June 3. The series will be a best-of-three, with game two and (if necessary) game three being played on Friday and Saturday. The 2020 TV Schedule

The 2020 TV schedule for the University of South Carolina’s baseball team has been released, and it includes many big games that fans won’t want to miss.

The schedule includes 36 games, with 27 of them being broadcast on the SEC Network Nine of the games will be broadcast on ESPNU, and one game will be carried by CBS Sports Network.

The season opens on February 14th with a three-game series against Liberty, and the final regular season series will be against Tennessee from May 21-23.

This year’s schedule includes games against some of the top teams in the country, including LSU, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt, Georgia, and Florida. Make sure you mark your calendars and set your DVRs so you don’t miss any of the action!

The 2020 Radio Schedule

The University of South Carolina baseball will have 27 of their 55 regular season contests broadcast on the Gamecock IMG Sports Network the school announced today. Tom Lewis enters his 20th season as the Voice of the Gamecocks and will call the play-by-play for all 27 radio broadcasts.

“I’m excited about our 2020 schedule,” said Head Coach Mark Kingston. “It features a lot of quality opponents and we’ll get to play in front of our great fans at Founders Park early and often. I think our schedule will prepare us well for SEC play and help us continue to build our program.”

The 2020 season begins on Friday, February 14th as the Gamecocks welcome Ohio State to Columbia for a three-game series. The Buckeyes went 34-26 last year and return 13 letterwinners, including All-Big Ten third baseman Zach Dezenzo. First pitch for the opener is set for 3:00 pm ET.

The 2020 Game Times

The Gamecocks will take on Clemson in Columbia on Saturday, March 7 at 4pm. The annual Spring exhibition game against UNC-Asheville will be Wednesday, February 26 at 4pm. The full 2020 schedule can be found here:
