The GMBLL offers a variety of programs for players of all ages and abilities. The Tee Ball program is for boys and girls ages 4-6 who want to learn the basics of baseball or softball. The Rookie program is for boys and girls ages 7-8 who are ready to start playing organized games. The Minor program is for boys and girls ages 9-10 who are ready to play at a higher level of competition. The Major program is for boys and girls ages 11-12 who are ready to compete at the highest level The senior league program is for boys and girls ages 13-16 who want to continue playing baseball or softball in a competitive environment.
The GMBLL also offers several levels of play within each age group. For Tee Ball, there is Instructional Tee Ball (ITB) and Competitive Tee Ball (CTB). ITB is designed for players who are just learning the game or who need more time to develop their skills before moving on to CTB. CTB is designed for players who have mastered the Basic Skills of baseball or softball and are ready to compete against other teams in the league. For Rookie, Minor, Major, and Senior League, there are Division 1 (D1) and Division 2 (D2) teams. D1 teams are typically made up of players who have more experience or who are more advanced than those on D2 teams.
