Once you have those things, you need to submit an application online at wwe.com/superstars. Once your application is reviewed, you will be contacted by someone from our Talent Relations department to discuss your interest in becoming a WWE Superstar.
If we think you have what it takes to be a WWE Superstar, we will invite you to come to one of our tryouts held throughout the year at locations around the world. At tryouts, you will be evaluated by our coaches and producers on your athletic ability, charisma and potential as a WWE Superstar.
Once you have successfully completed tryouts, you will be offered a developmental contract and assigned to one of our global developmental territories: NXT UK or NXT in Sanford, Florida. There, you will continue to hone your craft under the tutelage of veteran in-ring performers and coaches as well as receive regular appearances on television.
Training
The first step to becoming a WWE female wrestler is to train at a wrestling school. While there are some schools that specialize in training women wrestlers, most wrestling schools will accept both male and female students. There are a number of different types of wrestling schools, so it is important to do your research to find one that is reputable and offers the type of training you are looking for. Tryouts

To be eligible for a tryout, you must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. You will also need to have completed a physical examination within six months prior to the tryout date.
During the tryout, you will be evaluated on your athletic ability, including strength, speed, agility, and power. You will also be judged on your charisma and performance in front of a live audience.
If you are successful in the tryout, you will be offered a developmental contract with WWE. This will allow you to train at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida and perform on NXT, WWE’s developmental brand.
The Mae Young Classic
