High School Baseball rankings by conference

The Iowa high school Athletic Association released its first set of conference Baseball Rankings for the 2021 season on Tuesday, May 4.

The rankings are compiled by a committee ofIowa high school baseball coaches and are based on a team’s record, Strength of Schedule and conference opponents’ records.

How the rankings are determined

The Iowa high school baseball rankings are determined by a voting panel of eight coaches representing each of the baseball districts around the state. The panel meets weekly to discuss and debate the merits of each team in order to determine the best teams in the state. The rankings are released every Monday during the season.
