WWE 2K18 is a professional wrestling video game developed in a collaboration between Yuke’s and Visual Concepts, and published by 2K Sports. It is the nineteenth installment in the WWE game series (fifth under the WWE 2K banner), a sequel to WWE 2K17, and was released worldwide on October 17, 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows. It is the first game in the series to be solely developed by Visual Concepts.
Gameplay
The gameplay in WWE 2K18 is solid, with a few new wrinkles that add to the experience. The biggest change is the addition of a new submissions system, which makes submissions more interactive and exciting. There are also some new animations and moves, as well as some changes to the way matches flow. The overall result is a more enjoyable and realistic gameplay experience.
Visuals
WWE 2K18’s MyCareer mode is the best we’ve seen from the franchise in recent years. It’s well written, voice acted and offers a fair few hours of content separate from the main game. It’s also incredibly easy to lose yourself in the Creations suite, which received a much needed overhaul. The create-a-wrestler tools are better than ever and incredibly deep, allowing you to not only create some incredibly accurate real world wrestlers, but also some very creative original characters. The amount of customisation on offer is staggering and it’ll take you dozens of hours to make everything just so.

The Create-a-Wrestler mode in WWE 2K18 is one of the best in the series. You can create some truly amazing characters, and the level of detail is incredible. The only downside is that it can be a bit time-consuming to create your perfect wrestler.
