A large part of their success can be attributed to the outstanding performance of their star player senior guard Mark Smith. Mark scored a total of 28 points during the game, including four three-pointers. He also had five assists and four steals. With Mark leading the way, Lyons Township is poised for a very successful season

The players worked hard to make sure they came out on top, and they did not disappoint. The lanky center, Kevin, was a big presence on the court, and the team’s star player Jordan, was once again the leading scorer. The team’s defense was also on point, shutting down Riverside Brookfield’s offense and giving them very little chance to score. It was a great all-around effort by the team, and they are now one step closer to their goal of winning the state championship
