Malone Baseball is the Place to Be

The Malone baseball team has a long and storied history. Founded in 1892, the team has won 19 league championships and three World Series titles. The team is currently based in St. Louis, Missouri and plays its home games at Busch Stadium.

The Malone Baseball Team got its start in 1892, when it was founded by George Herman “Babe” Ruth. The team played its first game against the Cincinnati Reds on April 10, 1892 and won by a score of 7-5. The team went on to win the League Championship that year.

In 1898, the team was sold to Frank J. Farrell and Bill Devery. The new owners moved the team to New York City where they renamed the team the New York Yankees The Yankees went on to win their first World Series title in 1923.

In 1937, the Yankees were sold to a group of investors led by Edward Barrow. Under Barrow’s ownership, the Yankees won nine more World Series titles.

In 1973, George Steinbrenner bought the Yankees from CBS for $10 million. Under Steinbrenner’s ownership, the Yankees won seven more World Series titles.

The current owner of the Yankees is Hal Steinbrenner, who took over after his father’s death in 2010.
