The tournament is held every summer at the Maplezone Sports Complex in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. It spans a week and a half, with games being played every day from Monday to Friday, and then on Saturday and Sunday morning
There are three different divisions in the tournament – 9U, 10U, and 11U – each with its own set of rules. The 9U division is for players who are 9 years old or younger as of May 1st of the tournament year. The 10U division is for players who are 10 years old or younger as of May 1st of the tournament year. And finally, the 11U division is for players who are 11 years old or younger as of May 1st of the tournament year.
Each team is guaranteed to play a minimum of five games in the tournament. The teams will be seeded based on their record from the regular season and/or previous tournaments, and they will be placed into one of four brackets – Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Iron. The Gold bracket will consist of the 16 best teams in the tournament, while the Silver bracket will have the next 16 best teams, and so on.
The games in each bracket will be single-elimination until there is only one team remaining in each bracket. That team will be crowned the champion of their respective division.
