Moravian College Baseball Releases 2019 Schedule

Moravian college baseball has announced their 2019 schedule. The Greyhounds will play a total of 38 games, 20 of which will be at home.

2019 Moravian college baseball Schedule

The 2019 Moravian College baseball schedule has been released and features eight home games and 13 total contests. The Greyhounds will open their season on Saturday, February 23rd with a doubleheader at Muhlenberg College starting at noon. Moravian will have four games in Florida during spring break before returning to Bethlehem to host Albright College in the home opener on Saturday, March 16th at 1:00 p.m. on Gorsline Field at Steelgaard Memorial Park.

2019 Schedule Highlights

The Moravian College baseball team has released its 2019 schedule with 20 home games at Greyhound Park and four doubleheaders on the slate.

The Greyhounds will open the season with a doubleheader at Drew University on Saturday, March 2 re Playing their home opener against Muhlenberg College on Sunday, March 3 at 1:00 p.m. Moravian will also have home doubleheaders against cross-town rival Lafayette College on Tuesday, March 12 and DeSales University on Tuesday, April 23.

Some of the key conference games at home include a doubleheader against Moravian’s Landmark Conference rival Scranton on Saturday, April 6 and a three-game set with Catholic University over Easter weekend beginning on Friday, April 19.

2019 Schedule Notes

-The Moravian College Baseball Team has announced its 2019 schedule that features 33 games including 21 at home at Diamond Nation in Flemington, N.J.
-The Greyhounds will open the 2019 campaign on Saturday, February 23 when the squad travels to King’s College for a non-conference doubleheader beginning at noon.
-Moravian will have its home opener on Tuesday, March 5 when the Hounds host Wilkes University for a single game starting at 3:30 p.m. at Diamond Nation in the first of eight straight home contests.

The Moravian College baseball team has announced its 2019 schedule. The Greyhounds will play a total of 38 games, 19 of which will be at home at Diamond Nation in Flemington, New Jersey.

The Greyhounds will open their 2019 campaign on Saturday, February 23rd with a doubleheader at home against Neumann University. Moravian will then travel to Virginia for a four-game series against Ferrum College before coming back home to take on Muhlenberg College on March 9th.

Additional non-conference opponents include Susquehanna University, DeSales University Moravian will also travel to face Widener University in a four-game series.

2019 Conference Schedule

The Moravian College baseball team has released its 2019 Conference Schedule The Greyhounds will open the season on February 23 with a three-game series against Juniata College

Moravian will play a total of 27 conference games this season, including 15 home games and 12 away games. The Greyhounds will host Rutgers University Camden, Muhlenberg College, Albright College Lebanon Valley College and Gettysburg College Moravian will travel to face Elizabethtown College, Susquehanna University, Stevenson University, Alvernia University and Widener University

The Greyhounds will wrap up the regular season with a three-game series against DeSales University on May 10-11.

2019 Home Schedule

Moravian College baseball will play 27 home games at Steel Field at John Makuvek Field as part of the program’s 2019 schedule that was released on Wednesday, September 26.

The Greyhounds, who are coming off a 14-22 campaign in 2018 that included a 5-11 mark in the Landmark Conference, will open their 89th season of play on Saturday, February 23, when the team travels to Greater Newark for a twinbill beginning at 12:00 p.m.

2019 Away Schedule

The Moravian College Baseball Team has released its 2019 away schedule. The Greyhounds will play a total of 30 games on the road, including 15 conference games.

Non-conference opponents include Lackawanna College La Salle University Alvernia University and Kutztown University. The team will also travel to play conference foes Albright College, Elizabethtown College, Gettysburg College and Lebanon Valley College.

The Greyhounds will open their 2019 season on the road with a three-game series at Kutztown University on March 2-3.

2019 Spring Schedule

The Moravian College Baseball team has released its schedule for the 2019 season. The Greyhounds will play a total of 38 games, 19 of which will be at home.

The season will begin on Saturday, February 16th with a doubleheader against Immaculata University. The Greyhounds will then travel to Lycoming College for a three-game series before returning home to host Muhlenberg College on February 23rd.

Conference play will begin on Saturday, March 16th when the Greyhounds travel to Elizabethtown College for a doubleheader. Moravian will also have conference doubleheaders against Alvernia University, Cedar Crest College DeSales University Goucher College, Juniata College, Lebanon Valley College, Messiah College and Ursinus College.

The Landmark conference tournament is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, May 8th with the Championship game being played on Saturday, May 11th.

2019 Fall Schedule

The Moravian College baseball team has released its 2019 fall schedule that will feature games against Lehigh University Lafayette College, Pennsylvania State University and Rutgers University. The schedule includes seven doubleheaders and one single game.

The Greyhounds will open the fall season with a home doubleheader against Lehigh University on Saturday, September 7th. The team will also host Lafayette College on September 21st, Pennsylvania State University on October 5th, and Rutgers University on October 19th. The single game on the schedule will be played at Kutztown University on October 12th.

In addition to the seven games played against Division I opponents, the Greyhounds will also play five games against local Division III programs. Moravian will host Muhlenberg College on September 14th, Susquehanna University on September 28th, and Lycoming College on October 26th. The team will travel to face DeSales University on September 17th and Cedar Crest College on October 23rd.

2019 Winter Schedule

The Moravian College baseball team has announced its 2019 winter schedule. The Greyhounds will play their first game on February 23 against Elizabethtown College. The schedule features four games against non-conference opponents and fourteen games against conference opponents. The Greyhounds will play their last game of the season on May 5 against Alvernia University.
