Newberg Baseball is a unique experience for aspiring young athletes Founded in 2013, the league provides an opportunity for players to compete at a high level, while also receiving quality coaching and instruction.
The league is made up of teams from all over the state of Oregon, as well as from neighboring states. The teams compete in a round-robin format, with each team playing every other team once. The top two teams from each division then advance to the playoffs.

Newberg Baseball is a semi-professional team that plays in the West Coast Baseball Association The team is made up of former High School and college players who have not been drafted by a Major League Baseball team.
The players on Newberg Baseball come from all over the country. They have different backgrounds and stories, but they all have one common goal: to play baseball at the highest level possible and to one day make it to the Major Leagues
Some of the players on Newberg Baseball have played in Minor League Baseball while others have played in independent leagues. Many of the players have also played for Team USA in international competitions.
The team is managed by former Major League baseball player Don Mattingly who also serves as the hitting coach.
