The success of the program is due in large part to the Coaching Staff led by Head Coach Bill D’Angelo. Coach D’Angelo has over 20 years of experience coaching high school baseball and has won over 400 games. He has coached several Major League Baseball players, including Mike Piazza and Todd Frazier.

The team is also helped by the fact that Ocean Township is located in one of the most talent-rich areas in the country for baseball. There are numerous college and professional scouts who live and work in the area, and they are always looking for talented players to recruit.
