Robert Morris Defeats Opposing Basketball Team
Robert Morris University’s Basketball team defeated their opponents by a score of 83-81. This is the team’s fourth consecutive win.
Robert Morris’ Gameplan
In order to win their game against theOpposing basketball team Robert Morris planned to exploit the weakness of their opponents. Theykey to the game was to stop the star player on the other team and make sure that their other players could not score easily. Additionally, they wanted to make sure that they controlled the pace of the game and did not allow their opponents to get too many easy baskets.
Robert Morris’ Players
Robert Morris’ players were able to maintain their lead against the opposing team throughout the entire game. They worked together as a team and communicated well with one another. Their defense was impenetrable, and their shooting was on point. Every player contributed to the victory, and it was a true team effort.
The Other Team’s Gameplan
Robert Morris came out on top against their opponents in a recent basketball game While the other team had a good gameplan, it ultimately didn’t work in their favor.
The Other Team’s Players
Ralph Sampson, Samuel Perkins, and James Worthy were three of the best players on the opposing team They were all very tall and could shoot the basketball well. However, they could not stop Robert Morris from scoring.
The First Half
The Robert Morris Colonials played their opponents, the Duquesne Dukes yesterday evening in a match that resulted in a victory for the Colonials. The final score was 77-74, with the Colonials winning by a mere 3 points. This close game kept fans on their feet the entire time, cheering on their teams.
The first half of the game was fairly even, with both sides scoring 13 points each in the first quarter. The second quarter saw the Colonials start to gain an advantage, outscoring the Dukes by 5 points. This lead continued into the third quarter, with the Colonials successfuly adding another 7 points to their score while keeping the Dukes from increasing theirs.
With a 10 point lead going into the fourth and final quarter, it seemed as though the Colonials would coast to an easy victory. However, the Dukes fought back hard, narrowing the Colonial’s lead to only 3 points by the end of the game. In spite of this last push from Duquesne, Robert Morris held on to win 77-74.
The Second Half
In the second half, Robert Morris took control of the game and never looked back, defeating their opponents by a final score of 80-62. Robert Morris was led by freshman guard David Ekeledo, who scored a game-high 22 points on 8-of-11 shooting, including 4-of-6 from three-point range
The Final Score
The final score of the game was 96-93, with Robert Morris winning. The game was close throughout, with neither team holding more than a six-point lead. Robert Morris took the lead for good with just over two minutes remaining in the game and held on for the win.

The Robert Morris University men’s Basketball team (2-0) picked up their second win of the season on Tuesday, November 5th, 2019, when they defeated the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown Mountain Cats (0-2). With a score of 80-71, the Colonials advanced their Winning Streak and are now looking forward to their next game against St. Francis Brooklyn on Saturday, November 9th.
Leading the way for RMU was Sophomore guard Josh Williams, who put up 22 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds. Williams was closely followed by Senior forward Yannis Mendy, who had a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Other top contributors for the Colonials included Senior guard Francis Kiapway with 11 points and Junior guard Koby Thomas with 10.

Head coach Robert Morris spoke to reporters after his team’s victory over their opponents. He praised his players for their hard work and dedication, and said that the win was a testament to their efforts.
