Since the early 2000s, Snu baseball has been on the rise. The team has seen success in recent years culminating in a trip to the College World Series in 2017. Under the leadership of coach John Scolinos, the team has become a force to be reckoned with.

The team is known for its strong pitching staff, led by ace pitcher Nathan Eovaldi. Eovaldi is a two-time All-American and was the starting pitcher in the 2017 College World Series The team’s lineup is also full of talented hitters, including sluggers Christian Yelich and Pete Alonso

With a mix of experienced veterans and promising young players the future looks bright for Snu baseball.

The coaching staff

The Coaching Staff for Snu Baseball is top-notch. Each coach brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the program, and they’re all passionate about the game and developing young talent. The Head Coach Mark, played minor League Baseball for several years before getting into coaching. He’s been with Snu Baseball since the program started, and under his guidance, the team has made great strides. The Assistant Coach Brad, played college ball and has been coaching for over 15 years. He’s also been with Snu Baseball since the beginning, and his expertise has been instrumental in the team’s success. Rounding out the staff is Joe, who comes from a family of coaches and has been around the game his entire life. He played in High School and coached at the collegiate level before joining Snu Baseball.

The coaching staff at Snu Baseball is dedicated to developing their players into not only better baseball players but also well-rounded young men. They’re positive role models who instill important life values such as discipline, teamwork, and respect in their players. The coaches are committed to helping each player reach his full potential both on and off the field.

The players

The Snu Baseball Team has been on the rise in recent years thanks in part to the stellar performance of its players.

Shortstop Hae Heon Lee is one of the team’s best players, and he’s been a revelation since he joined the team in 2016. In 2017, he hit .339/.383/.542 with 10 home runs and 10 stolen bases and he followed that up with an even better 2018 campaign, hitting .362/.411/.594 with 12 home runs and 16 stolen bases. He’s a spectacular defender as well, and he’s one of the main reasons the Snu baseball team has been so successful in recent years

Another key player for the Snu baseball team is starting pitcher Kim Seo Hyun. Seo Hyun had a breakout year in 2017, going 19-6 with a 2.67 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP. He was even better in 2018, going 21-5 with a 2.58 ERA and a 1.05 WHIP. He’s one of the best pitchers in the league, and he’s been a big reason why the Snu Baseball Team has been so successful in recent years.

The Snu Baseball team also has two talented young players who are sure to be stars in the league for years to come. First baseman Park Sang Woo is just 21 years old, but he’s already one of the best hitters on the team. In 2018, he hit .302/.351/.457 with 8 home runs and 29 RBIs. Second baseman Kim Dae Ho is also just 21 years old, but he’s already one of the best Defensive Players on the team. He’s sure to be a star for years to come.

The fans

The fans are the most important part of any baseball team With their support, the team can achieve anything. That’s why the fans of the Snu baseball team are so important. They are the ones who have helped the team to achieve its current success.

The facilities

The newly renovated baseball facilities at Snu are top of the line. The stadium has a brand new Turf Field new scoreboards, and a state of the art sound system. The locker rooms have been updated with new furniture and fixtures, and the weight room has been expanded.

The schedule

The 52-game regular season schedule will begin on Friday, February 28th and will feature 26 home games and 26 away games. All games will be played against West Coast Conference opponents.

The opponents

The Seibu Lions are a Japanese professional Baseball Team based in Tokorozawa, Saitama, Japan. The Lions compete in Nippon Professional Baseball’s (NPB) Pacific League They played in the West Division of the Central League from 1950 until 2005, when they moved to the Pacific League as part of NPB’s realignment and became contestants in the league’s inaugural Climax Series that year. They have won eleven Japan Series titles, second behind their archrivals, the Yomiuri Giants.

As of late May, the Snu baseball team is in second place in their division with a record of 21-17.
