We offer a variety of programs for all levels of play, from recreational to AAU. We only hire the best coaches, who are then put through an intensive training program Our coaches are also required to complete ongoing education courses to ensure that they are always up-to-date on the Latest Basketball techniques.
In addition, we offer our players access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. Our world-class training center is equipped with two full-sized courts, locker rooms showers, and a gymnasium. We also have a team of certified athletic trainers on staff who work with our players to prevent injuries and help them recover from any injuries that do occur.

The History of STS Basketball
In 1967, a group of High School basketball players in St. Louis, Missouri came together to form a team that would come to be known as STS Basketball. For the next 50 years, STS Basketball would dominate the local basketball scene winning 23 city championships and innumerable league and tournament titles.
STS Basketball was founded by Dick Hutt, who coached the team for its first 12 years. Under Hutt’s guidance, STS Basketball quickly established itself as a force to be reckoned with, winning its first City Championship in 1968. Hutt’s teams were known for their disciplined play and tenacious defense, which proved to be a winning formula for success.
In 1979, Hutt retired from coaching and handed the reins over to his Assistant Coach Bob Wiesenhahn. Wiesenhahn continued the winning tradition of STS Basketball, leading the team to 10 more city championships and cementing its reputation as one of the premier basketball programs in the country.
To this day, STS Basketball remains a cut above the rest, continually producing successful teams and athletes who have gone on to have successful careers at the collegiate and professional levels.

The STS basketball coaching Staff
STS Basketball has quickly become known as a destination for serious players who want to take their game to the next level. The Coaching Staff is a big part of that success, with each coach bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the program.
Head coach Steve Smith is a former Division I player and assistant coach who has been coaching at the high school level for more than 20 years. He has also coached AAU and travel teams, and has been Ning Basketball camps for more than 15 years. His wealth of experience at every level of the game makes him uniquely qualified to help STS players reach their full potential.
Assistant coach Timmy Thompson is a former Division III player and high school Head Coach who brings a deep understanding of the game to his role at STS. He has also coached AAU and travel teams, and has helped run basketball camps for several years. His ability to connect with players and help them improve their skills makes him an invaluable asset to the STS coaching staff
Assistant coach Lee Davis is a former Division I player and professional overseas player who has been working with youth players for several years. He brings a passion for the game and a dedication to player development to his role at STS, and his experience as a professional player gives him insight into what it takes to reach the next level.

The STS Basketball Results
The STS basketball team had an amazing season, finishing with a record of 27-1. They won the League Championship and the state championship and were ranked #1 in the nation by USA Today
