Our coaching staff has over 50 years of combined experience at the High School collegiate, and professional levels. We are dedicated to helping our players reach their full potential on and off the field.

We have won State Championships conference championships and have had numerous players go on to play college and Professional Baseball Our goal is to win another state championship this year and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to reach that goal.

Sumrall baseball has a long and storied history. The program has produced many Major League Baseball players, as well as several college and professional players. Sumrall has won numerous state championships and played in the Little League World Series

Baseball season is in Full Swing and the Sumrall baseball team is looking sharp. The team has worked hard to improve their skills and they are paying off – the team is currently undefeated. Coach Tyler McClendon attributes the team’s success to their dedication and commitment to the sport.

“Our guys have put in a lot of hard work ” McClendon said. “They come to practice every day with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. They are always working to improve their game.”

The team’s success is also due in part to the support of the community. Sumrall is a close-knit community and they have really rallied behind the team. “People are excited about the success of the team,” McClendon said. “Every game we have had great support from the community.”

The Sumrall Baseball Team has high hopes for the rest of the season. With their dedication to improvement and the support of the community, they are sure to continue their winning ways.

Sumrall is a small town in Southern Mississippi and it’s the home of the Sumrall high school baseball team. The team has been very successful in recent years winning the state championship in 2016 and 2017.

The team is made up of players who have a strong work ethic and are dedicated to the sport. They are coached by Scott Carter, who has been with the team for four years.

The team is coached by David Brannon, who has been with the team for 10 years. Coach Brannon’s son, Michael, is a senior on the team and is one of the best players in the state.
