USF Baseball Schedule analysis

The USF Baseball schedule is out, and there are some interesting things to note. First, the Bulls will play 23 of their first 28 games at home, with 14 of those games coming against conference foes. That’s a big advantage for a team that struggled on the road last season.

Second, USF has a very difficult non-Conference Schedule this year. The Bulls will play Power 5 opponents Michigan, Oklahoma State and South Carolina as well as tough mid-majors UCF and Florida Atlantic That will test them early and help prepare them for the rigors of conference play

Finally, USF has two long road trips this season – a 10-day trip to California in March and an 8-day trip to Florida in May. Those will be challenging, but if the Bulls can weather the storm they could be in good position to make a run at the conference title
