The program is currently under the direction of Head Coach Marc D’Amico, who is entering his fourth season at the helm. Coach D’Amico is a Watchung Hills alumnus, and he played four years of Collegiate Baseball at Montclair State University He was an Assistant Coach at Watchung Hills for eight seasons before being named the head coach in 2016.

D’Amico is joined on the Coaching Staff by assistant coaches Steve Shank and Pete Zalno. Shank is a retired physical education teacher who has coached baseball, basketball, and track at Watchung Hills for over 20 years. Zalno is entering his first season as a member of the Watchung Hills coaching staff but he brings a wealth of experience, having coached Baseball And Softball at the youth, high school and collegiate levels for over 30 years.
