The games will also be available on ESPN’s digital platforms, including its app and ESPN+, the company said.
ESPN last broadcast “Monday Night Football” games in 2005 before losing the rights to NBC. The network had aired the games since 1987.
This season’s “Monday Night Football” schedule includes several marquee matchups, including the Kansas City Chiefs vs. the Baltimore Ravens on September 28, and the New Orleans Saints vs. the Green Bay Packers on October 28.
