NBA 2K21 is a basketball simulation video game that is developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Games. It is the 22nd installment in the NBA 2K franchise and will be released on September 4, 2020, for Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Google Stadia. A version for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X is also in development and set to be released in November 2020.

What is the price?

The price for the standard edition of NBA 2K21 is $59.99 for all current-gen consoles. The Mamba Forever Edition, which is only available on PS4 and Xbox One, is $99.99. The Digital Deluxe Edition, which is only available through digital stores, is $79.99. The Legend Edition is $119.99 and only available on current-gen consoles. Finally, the Legend Edition Gold is $149.99 and includes ultimate team content andVirtual Currency.

What are the new features?

We’re still waiting on an official announcement from 2K Games, but we expect NBA 2K21 to launch in early September 2020. That’s based on the release pattern for previous games in the series – NBA 2K19 launched on September 7, 2018, while NBA 2K20 came out on September 6, 2019.

As for what’s new in NBA 2K21, we don’t have much to go on just yet. However, the game’s listing on the PlayStation Store (which has since been removed) mentioned “next-gen gameplay controls and animations, MyTEAMcross-platform compatibility, and much more.” We’ll bring you more details as they become available.

Kyrie Irving was revealed as the cover athlete of the standard edition for NBA 2K21 on March 24th, 2020. He previously graced the cover of NBA 2K12. On August 25th, 2020 it was announced that Zion Williamson would be the cover athlete for the next-generation standard and Mamba Forever Edition respectively.
