The Tennessee Volunteers baseball team represents the University of Tennessee in NCAA Division I college baseball. The team competes in the Eastern division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They are currently coached by Tony Vitello, and play their home games at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.
The Volunteers began varsity play in 1968 under head coach Cal Erkenbeck. They reached the NCAA tournament for the first time in 1977, and won their first SEC tournament championship in 1979. The team reached the College World Series for the first time in 2001. In 2005, they set a then-school record with 44 wins, and won their second SEC tournament title. The team made back-to-back trips to Omaha in 2007 and 2008. After a down year in 2009, they returned to the NCAA tournament in 2010. They made four consecutive trips to the NCAA tournament from 2011 to 2014, and won another SEC tournament title in 2013. After missing the NCAA tournament in 2015 and 2016, they returned to Omaha for the third time in school history in 2017. They won another SEC tournament title in 2019.

The stadium opened in April 2004 and is named for former broadcaster Lindsey Nelson. The Volunteers have played in the NCAA Tournament fifteen times, winning the tournament in 2001 and 2005. The team has also participated in the SEC Baseball Tournament nineteen times, winning the tournament eight times.
