Aliyah is a Canadian professional wrestler. She is currently signed to WWE under the ring name Liv Morgan, and performs on the Raw brand. Aliyah made her main roster debut in 2016 as part of the WWE draft.

Aliyah’s time in NXT

Aliyah joined WWE in 2016 and made her NXT debut that November. She quickly rose up the ranks, winning the NXT Women’s Championship in 2017. Her run as champion was cut short, however, due to an injury. Aliyah took some time off to recover and returned to NXT in 2019. She has since been a mainstay on NXT programming, competing in both singles and tag team competition.

Aliyah’s time on the main roster

In October 2017, Aliyah made her main roster debut as one of the four Horsewomen of NXT (along with Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks) who attacked Paige and the Absolution (Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville). She had her first match on the main roster in a six-woman tag team match at the Survivor Series pay-per-view in November, where she, Banks, Bayley, and Flair defeated Rose, Deville, Lynch and Asuka.

At the Royal Rumble in January 2018, Aliyah took part in the inaugural women’s Royal Rumble match, entering at number 17 and lasting just under five minutes before being eliminated by Carmella. In May at Backlash, she competed in her first pay-per-view singles match on the main roster, defeating Naomi. Aliyah quickly ascended up the main roster ranks, having winning matches against top competition such as Carmella and Natalya. At Extreme Rules in July 2018, Aliyah unsuccessfully challenged Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women’s Championship in a extreme rules match.

Aliyah is a 24-year-old wrestler who was born on November 26, 1996, in Toronto, Canada. Aliyah is of Lebanese and Syrian descent. Aliyah’s parents are named Paul and Nicole. Aliyah has two older sisters named Jenna and Nicole. Aliyah’s sister Jenna is a model and her sister Nicole is a singer. Aliyah is currently dating a guy named Aiden English.

Aliyah’s early life and family

Aliyah was born on July 28, 1994, in Toronto, Canada. Her father is Muslim and her mother is Jewish. She has two older sisters. Aliyah’s family is of Syrian and Moroccan descent.

Aliyah began her wrestling career in 2013 when she was 18 years old. She trained under Rob Fuego and Bruno Sansone at the Squared Circle Training school in Toronto.

Aliyah’s relationship with Xavier Woods

In an interview with GameSpot, Aliyah spoke about how she and Xavier Woods had mutual friends and how they would see each other at social gatherings. They began dating in October 2016.

“It was one of those things where we had a lot of mutual friends and would see each other at social gatherings,” said Aliyah. “I think we finally went on a date in October [2016]. It was low-key– we went to laser tag because we’re both big kids.”

Aliyah also talked about how Xavier Woods is her best friend and that she loves him very much.

“He’s my best friend,” Aliyah told GameSpot. “I love him to death, and I’m so grateful that he’s in my life.”
