AFC Playoff Games

Today, the AFC playoff games were held. The first game was between the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Chargers. The Patriots won the game with a score of 41-28. The second game was between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Indianapolis Colts. The Chiefs won the game 31-13.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Los Angeles Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers travel to Baltimore to take on the Ravens in an AFC Wild Card matchup. The Ravens are coming off a 10-6 season in which they finished second in the AFC North, while the Chargers went 12-4 and finished first in the AFC West. These two teams met earlier this year, with the Ravens coming out on top 22-10. However, that game was played in Los Angeles, and this one will be taking place in Baltimore. The Ravens are currently 4.5 point favorites, and the over/under is set at 41 points.

Houston Texans vs. New England Patriots

The Houston Texans faced off against the New England Patriots today in the first AFC Playoff game of the season. The Patriots came out swinging, scoring a touchdown in the first quarter. The Texans answered back with a touchdown of their own in the second quarter, making the score 7-7 going into halftime.

The Texans took the lead in the third quarter with another touchdown, but the Patriots quickly answered with a touchdown of their own. The score remained 14-14 going into the fourth quarter.

In the fourth quarter, both teams battled back and forth, but neither team was able to score. The game went into overtime, where the Patriots ultimately won with a field goal.

NFC Playoff Games

The New Orleans Saints defeated the Minnesota Vikings by a score of 29-24. The Rams defeated the Cowboys by a score of 30-22.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Seattle Seahawks

The Dallas Cowboys faced off against the Seattle Seahawks in the first game of the NFC playoffs. The Cowboys had a strong showing, but the Seahawks ultimately won the game by a score of 24-22.

Chicago Bears vs. Philadelphia Eagles

The Chicago Bears defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 16-15 in an exciting NFC wild card playoff game. The Bears were led by their defense, which forced five turnovers, including four interceptions of Eagles quarterback Nick Foles. Chicago’s offense was not prolific, but it did just enough to win, kicking four field goals and scoring one touchdown. With the victory, the Bears advance to the divisional round of the playoffs next weekend, where they will face the top-seeded New Orleans Saints.
