The teams that just missed the cut
Just missing the cut this week are the Indiana Hoosiers (10-5, 4-2 Big Ten), who come in at number 26. The Hoosiers have big wins against Marquette and Louisville, but they also have several bad losses, including a blowout loss to unranked Florida State They’ll need to string together some more consistent performances if they want to move up in the rankings.
Rounding out the list at number 25 are the TCU Horned Frogs (10-4, 1-3 Big 12). TCU has some good wins on their resume, including a victory over then-ranked Iowa State However, they’ve also got some bad losses, including an 18-point defeat at the hands of unranked Kansas State They’ll need to turn things around quickly if they want to avoid falling out of the Top 25 entirely.
