“I feel like I’ve grown a lot as a player and as a person over the last four years. I’ve learned how to work hard and how to overcome adversity. I’ve also learned how important it is to have good relationships with your teammates, because they become like family.”
Ritchie has seen the team grow and change over the years, but one thing has remained the same – their commitment to winning. “Our goal every year is to win a National Championship and that’s something we take very seriously. We all know how hard we have to work in order to achieve that goal, but it’s something we’re all willing to do because we love this program and we love each other.”

But at the end of the day, it’s just a game and it shouldn’t define who you are as a person. I try to keep that in mind every day so that I can enjoy every moment of this experience.”
