The Treasure Hunt Basketball Tournament – An Introduction

The Treasure Hunt Basketball Tournament is a new, exciting competition for Ung Basketball players aged between 12 and 16. The tournament will be held in London, United Kingdom from the 3rd to the 5th of July 2023.

The aim of the tournament is to promote sportsmanship and fair play while providing a platform for young players to showcase their talents. The tournament will be open to Boys and Girls from all over the world, with a maximum of 24 teams taking part.

Each team will consists of 12 players, with a maximum of two players over the age of 16. Teams will be placed into one of four groups, with each group playing each other once in the group stage. The top two teams from each group will progress to the knockout stage, where they will compete in a single-elimination tournament until there is one winner.

The Tournament Format

The tournament will be held on Saturday, March 18th, at the New Orleans Recreation Department’s Alario Center.
