Jake’s father, Bill Wilson, played hockey for the University of British Columbia and was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the ninth round of the 1988 NHL Entry Draft His mother, Andrea Wilson, was a skier. Jake has two younger sisters, Jenna and Jessica.
