The Canisus Basketball Schedule
The 2019-2020 Canisus Basketball Schedule is now available. The schedule features 29 games, including 16 home games at the Koessler Athletic Center. The Golden Griffins will open the season at home against Siena on November 5th and will wrap up the regular season on the road against Niagara on February 29th.
Canisus is coming off a successful 2018-2019 campaign in which they finished with a record of 21-10 and won the Metro Atlantic Athletic conference tournament The Golden Griffins will look to build on that success this season as they compete for an MAAC title and a spot in the NCAA tournament

-Andre Buckner: A 6’7″ forward who played for Canisus from 1984 to 1988. He was a two-time All-American and is Canisus’ All-time leading scorer with 2,487 points.
-Justin Gray: A 6’2″ guard who played for Canisus from 2002 to 2006. He was named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Player of the Year in 2006 and is Canisus’ all-time leader in assists with 704.
