For the girls’ varsity team senior Mya Williams is somebody to keep an eye on. She was recently named captain and is a Returning All-Conference First Team player. Mya averaged 14 points per game last season and will be looked to for leadership both on and off the court. Another player to watch is sophomore Macyn Rudolph. Macyn made a big impact as a freshman last year, starting in every game. She is a versatile player that can score in a variety of ways. Along with Mya and Macyn, the varsity team has high hopes for junior Kynnedi Johnson and freshman Jada Johnson.

On the boys’ side, senior Tyrese White is somebody that will be looked to for scoring and leadership. Tyrese was an All-Conference Second Team player last year and looks to build on that success this season. Another player expected to make an impact is junior Jaden McDuffie. Jaden didn’t get a lot of playing time last year, but he has worked hard in the off-season and looks to earn more minutes this year.
