The Big Sky basketball tournament is coming up soon, and we’ve got your ticket information right here! The tournament will be held from March 12-16 at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Tickets for the event are on sale now, and you can purchase them online or by calling the box office at (402)341-3456.
The Big Sky Basketball Tournament TV Schedule
The Big Sky Basketball Tournament will be held March 13-16 at the CenturyLink Arena in Boise, Idaho. The tournament will be televised on ESPNU and the games will also be available via the ESPN app
The first round of the tournament will begin on Thursday, March 13 with four games. The first game will pit No. 8 Weber State against No. 9 Sacramento State at 6 p.m. MT, followed by No. 7 Montana against No. 10 Portland State at 8:30 p.m. MT.

The Big Sky Basketball Tournament is coming up soon, and we’ve got your bracket right here. The tournament will be held at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas from March 13-16.
The Big Sky basketball tournament Format
The Big Sky Basketball Tournament is back and the format is sure to create some interesting match-ups! The Tournament will be a double-elimination format with the top four seeds receiving a bye in the first round.
The first round will feature match-ups of the 5th seed vs. the 12th seed, the 6th seed vs. the 11th seed, the 7th seed vs. the 10th seed, and the 8th seed vs. the 9th seed. The winners of those match-ups will advance to play the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th seeds respectively in the quarterfinals.
The quarterfinal games will be played on March 14th and 15th at campus sites of the higher seeds. The higher remaining seed will host each game. The semifinal games will be played on March 21st and 22nd at Reno Events Center in Reno, Nevada with both games being televised on ESPNU. The Championship game will be broadcast live on ESPN2 on Saturday, March 23rd at 3:00 pm Pacific Time.

The second most successful team in Big Sky Tournament history is Weber State with six titles.

In the first round, we’ve got #1 Montana matched up against #8 Weber State #4 Idaho State taking on #5 Portland State #3 Eastern Washington playing #6 Northern Arizona and #2 Sacramento State squaring off against #7 Southern Utah
Moving on to the second round, it looks like we could see a repeat of last year’s Championship game with Montana facing Sacramento State. On the other side of the bracket, Idaho State would take on Eastern Washington.
