The top four teams in the standings will receive a bye in the first round of the playoffs. These teams will automatically advance to the semifinals, where they will be joined by the four winners of the first round games.
The first round of the playoffs will see the fifth and sixth seeds take on each other, with the winner advancing to take on the top seed The seventh and eighth seeds will also face off, with the winner advancing to play the second seed. The third and fourth seeds will receive byes in the first round.
