Sandy Koufax

Roger Clemens
Roger Clemens nicknamed “Rocket”, is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played 24 seasons in the majors, from 1984 to 2007. A native of Texas, Clemens was drafted in the 12th round of the 1983 amateur draft by the New York Yankees He played for the Yankees from 1984 to 1996 before joining the Boston Red Sox in 1997. In 1998, Clemens was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays Clemens rejoined the Yankees in 1999 and pitched for them until 2003, when he was again traded to the Houston Astros He concluded his career with the New York Yankees

He also holds AL records for wins in a season (24) as well as Nationals League (NL) records for strikeouts in a season (292).
As of 2019, Clemens is under investigation by federal prosecutors for perjury related to allegations that he used performance-enhancing drugs during his career.

He also played for the Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Dodgers Maddux is considered one of the best pitchers of all time and is a member of the 300 win club. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2014.

Christy Mathewson was a famous pitcher in the early days of baseball. He played for the New York Giants from 1900-1916, and his career record was an impressive 373-188. He was a five-time 20-game winner, and he led the league in strikeouts four times. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1936.
Walter Johnson
