Harvard Mens Hockey Wins National Championship

They started off the season strong, with a convincing win over then-number one ranked Boston University But they struggled in the following weeks, losing to Dartmouth and Princeton.

They rebounded in a big way, however, winning 14 of their next 15 games. That included a sweep of then-number two ranked Cornell, and a close victory over then-number three ranked Clarkson.

This set up a rematch against Clarkson in the National Championship game. And this time, Harvard came out on top, winning 3-2 in overtime.
