HPU’s 2019 Recruiting Class

The 2019 class is led by local products in catcher Sean Mooney (Pascack Valley) and infielder Hunter Stokes (Howell). Other New Jersey products in the class include pitchers Luke Babbitt (Don Bosco), Nick Massa (Bergen Catholic) and Thomas Nigro (St. Peter’s Prep) and infielders Lorenzo Arcuri (Paramus Catholic) and Nico Nguyen (Fort Lee).

The Hpu Baseball roster for 2019 is out and it is looking good. The team made it to the playoffs last year and they are looking to improve on that this year. The team has a lot of young talent, so they are certainly a team to watch out for.

The Hpu Baseball Team had a great 2016 season. They made it to the semi-finals of the NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament This is a huge accomplishment for the team and the school. The team is made up of talented young men who have a bright future ahead of them.

HPU’s 2015 Season In Review

The High Point University baseball team had a successful 2015 season, finishing with an overall record of 31-22 and a conference record of 15-9. The Panthers qualified for the conference tournament and advanced to the semifinals before falling to eventual champion UNC Greensboro. High Point also won a series againstACC foe Pittsburgh for the first time in program history.

HPU’s 2014 Season In Review

The 2014 High Point University baseball season was the Panthers’ first in Division I and their last as a member of the Big South Conference The team played its home games at Williard Stadium on the campus of High Point University in High Point North Carolina The Panthers finished the season 33–22 overall, 15–9 in conference play to win the Big South regular season championship. They went on to win the Big South Conference Baseball Tournament to earn the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament As a result, the Panthers made their first ever appearance in the tournament where they lost to Virginia in the Chapel Hill Regional.

HPU’s 2013 Season In Review

The 2013 college baseball season was one to remember for the High Point University Panthers. After their impressive run to the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship the team entered the season with high expectations. They did not disappoint, finishing the regular season with a program-best 44-14 record. The team’s success continued in the postseason, as they won the Big South conference tournament and advanced to the NCAA regional Finals.

Despite falling just short of their ultimate goal, the 2013 season was a historic one for HPU baseball. Head Coach Craig Cozart led his team to new heights, and they will look to build on their success in the coming years.
