The Indians will open the season on the road against the Toledo Mud Hens Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers for a four-game series. The teams will meet again May 28-31 and Aug. 6-9 in Indianapolis.

The Indians will travel to Louisville, Triple-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds for a four-game series before returning home for their home opener on April 12 against…

April:
The Indianapolis Indians will begin their season on the road, with a four-game series against the Toledo Mud Hens. They’ll then head to Louisville for a four-game set against the Bats before returning home for their home opener against the Columbus Clippers on April 11th. They’ll have a short two-game homestand against the Toledo Mud Hens before hitting the road again for four games against the Charlotte Knights.

May:
The month of May will see the Indians playing 17 home games and 13 away games. They’ll start the month off with a 10-game homestand, hosting such teams as the Buffalo Bisons, Durham Bulls, Gwinnett Braves, and Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs. They’ll then hit the road for seven games, including four against the Pawtucket Red Sox and three against the Syracuse Chiefs.
