Jourdanton Baseball is a small town, youth baseball league located in Jourdanton, Texas. The league was founded in 2013 with just four teams, but has since grown to include six teams. Despite its size, Jourdanton Baseball has a big heart and a commitment to providing a positive experience for all of its players.
The league offers a variety of programs for its players, including a skills development program, an All-Star game and an annual end-of-season tournament. Jourdanton Baseball also provides scholarships to help players with the costs of playing baseball In addition to its financial assistance program, the league also offers free uniforms to all of its players.

Jourdanton baseball has been a proud tradition dating back to the early 1900s. The earliest recorded game took place in 1908, when the Jourdanton teams played against each other. In the years that followed, Jourdanton teams participated in tournaments and exhibition games against other Texas towns.
During World War II, Jourdanton baseball took a hiatus, but the tradition was revived in 1946. Since then, Jourdanton baseball has been going strong. The league currently has around 200 players on 30 teams, ranging in age from 4-18.
Jourdanton baseball is more than just a league – it’s a community. Players, coaches, and parents all take pride in being part of Jourdanton baseball. The league has produced many talented ballplayers over the years, some of whom have gone on to play professionally.

Jourdanton Baseball is a little league with a big heart. Founded in 2013, the league has fought tooth and nail to become one of the premier youth baseball leagues in Texas.
The league is made up of four teams: the Jourdanton Braves, the Pleasanton Red Sox the Poteet Pirates, and the Charlotte Hornets These teams play each other in a round robin tournament every Saturday from March to June.
The league has seen its fair share of success over the years. In 2016, the Jourdanton Braves won the Texas Little League state championship The team went on to represent Texas in the Southwest Regionals, where they finished in third place.
In 2017, the Charlotte Hornets won the Texas Little League state championship The team went on to represent Texas in the Southwest Regionals, where they finished in second place.
The Jourdanton baseball league is more than just a youth baseball league it’s a community. The league provides an opportunity for young people to come together and compete, while also promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and citizenship.

Jourdanton Baseball is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide an opportunity for the youth of Jourdanton, Texas and the surrounding areas to play organized baseball in a safe and fun environment.
Jourdanton Baseball was founded in 2013 by a group of parents who wanted their children to have the opportunity to play baseball The first season consisted of six teams and about 85 players. The league has grown steadily since then, and now offers divisions for players ages 4-16. In 2017, over 400 players took part in Jourdanton Baseball.
Jourdanton Baseball is run entirely by volunteers. Our Board of Directors consists of parents of current and former League Players We are always looking for more parents to get involved in coaching, umpiring, scorekeeping, field maintenance, and other important tasks.
funds come from player registration fees, sponsor donations, and concession sales. We are grateful for the support of our sponsors, which allows us to keep player fees as low as possible ( currently $40 per player).

Jourdanton Baseball is a little league with a big commitment to its players, families and the community. Founded in 2013, Jourdanton Baseball is a 501(c)3 non-profit Youth Sports organization that serves the youth of Atascosa County in South Texas. The organization is 100% volunteer run and is completely self-funded. Jourdanton Baseball is dedicated to providing a positive and affordable baseball experience for all participants.
Jourdanton baseball offers four divisions of play: T-Ball (ages 4-6), Rookie Ball (ages 7-8), minor league (ages 9-10) and Major League (ages 11-12). The organization also has a Challenger Division, which provides an opportunity for children with special needs to enjoy the Game of Baseball
Each season, Jourdanton Baseball provides four weeks of free skills clinics for all registered players. These clinics are led by local High School and college coaches and provide instruction on hitting, pitching, fielding and Base running
Jourdanton Baseball is proud to be a part of the Jourdanton community and looks forward to continuing to provide a positive Youth sports experience for years to come!

-Kid Pitch: For children ages 9-12, Kid Pitch is our competitive baseball program where players pitch to each other. This program develops teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership skills while teaching the game of baseball.
