Leaky Black’s bust prospects

In his latest NBA Mock Draft ESPN analyst Jonathan Givony has Leaky Black as a potential second-round pick.

“Black is one of the more interesting prospects in this class,” Givony writes. “A 6-7 wing with a 7-1 wingspan, he is an elite athlete with very good shooting mechanics who can play both inside and out.”

However, Givony also notes that Black “isn’t the most creative player with the ball in his hands” and that he “tends to struggle to finish around the basket when contested.”

“With that said, Black’s combination of size, length, shooting and athleticism will give him a chance to find a role on an NBA team ” Givony concludes.
