LHSAA baseball playoffs X-factors

As we enter the final week of the regular season there are still a few spots up for grabs in the LHSAA Baseball Playoffs Here are a few x-factors that could determine who’s in and who’s out.

-The seeding of Lafayette Christian and St. Thomas More could have a big impact on the bracket. If they are seeded high, it could open up a spot for a lower seed.
-The strength of District 5-3A (which includes Ouachita Parish, Neville and West Ouachita) could also play a role in who makes the playoffs. If those teams are strong, it will likely mean fewer spots for other teams.
-How teams fare in their final Regular Season games could also be crucial. If a team that is on the bubble loses, it could mean they miss out on the playoffs.
