The bench
The bench is the area where players not currently on the court rest during games. A team’s bench typically consists of 12 players, although this may vary depending on the team’s specific strategy or game plan Most of the time, the players on the bench are younger or less experienced than the starters, but there are always exceptions to this rule.
In basketball, the term “benchwarmer” is often used to describe a player who spends most of their time on the bench. While there is nothing wrong with being a benchwarmer, it is generally not a good sign for a player’s career if they are consistently sitting on the bench.

The opposition
In order to beat the best, you have to know the opposition. Here is a look at the Longwood basketball team their strengths, and weaknesses.
Longwood Basketball is a team that likes to Run and gun They are a very unselfish team that likes to share the ball on offense. Their go-to guy is junior guard Michael Forrest. He is a great scorer and can also dish the ball out when needed. On the inside, they have two big men that can block shots and rebound well. The players to watch on this team are junior forward Jordan Roach and sophomore center Darrion Johnson. They are both 6’8″ and are very good athletes.
This team does not have many weakness, but one thing that they need to work on is their free throw shooting They are only shooting 67% from the Charity Stripe as a team. Another thing that they need to do is not turn the ball over so much. They average almost 16 turnovers per game. If they can take care of those two things, they will be a tough team to beat come tournament time.
