But her true passion is working with youth. She founded the Memphis Monroe Baseball Academy in 2017, and she works with kids of all ages, both Boys and Girls

“I love being able to teach the Game of Baseball but also LIFE LESSONS as well,” she says. “There’s so much that you can learn from playing the game – things like teamwork and discipline and perseverance.”

Monroe says she didn’t have many opportunities to play baseball when she was growing up, but she’s determined to provide more opportunities for kids today. And she believes that baseball can be a force for good in communities across America.

“I think it has the power to bring people together, no matter what their background or where they come from,” she says. “That’s what I love about it. And that’s why I think it’s so important for kids to have access to the game.”

Her work ethic

Memphis Monroe is one of the hardest working players in the game. There is no off season for her. She is constantly trying to get better and help her team win.

Her dedication

While she is best known as a Playboy model, Memphis Monroe also has a dedication to baseball. She coached a team of 12-year-old girls to a championship in the Babe Ruth League and now she is an Assistant Coach for the Memphis Blues, a semi-professional team in the Independent baseball league
