The team is coached by Bill Mandigo, who has been at the helm since 1999. The team’s captain is senior forward Katie McLaughlin, who has been with the team for four years.

She was named the NESCAC Player of the Year and was a finalist for the Patty Kazmaier Award, given to the best player in NCAA Division III women’s hockey. The team also had great goaltending from junior Lily Connolly, who had a .936 save percentage and only allowed 1.17 goals per game.

He has a wealth of experience both playing and coaching hockey. The assistant coaches Laurenically Smith and Kaitlyn Spillane, are also very experienced.
