The team continued to enjoy success in the Cascade League, winning championships in 1908, 1909, 1911, 1912, 1913, 1915, 1916, 1917, 1919, 1920, 1921, 1922, 1923, 1924, 1925, 1926, 1927, 1929. The team then left the Cascade League and joined the Western Canada League in 1930. They won the League Championship in their first year in the Western Canada League.

The team continued to play in the Western Canada League until 1937 when the league folded. The team then joined the Basin League where they played until 1940 when that league also folded.

The Miles City baseball team then took a hiatus until 1946 when they reformed as a semiprofessional club once again. They played in various regional leagues until 1950 when they joined the Montana-Idaho- Wyoming League. They won the league championship in 1951 and 1952 before moving up to join the Pioneer League in 1953.

The Miles City baseball team has been playing in the Pioneer League ever since. They have enjoyed moderate success over the years and are currently one of the most respected teams in the league.
