Drew Franks- Senior
Averaging 16.5 points, 3.5 assists, and 4 rebounds per game Franks is a well-rounded player and a true leader on the court. His ability to score from anywhere on the floor makes him a tough matchup for any opponent.

Jake Wife – Junior
Wife is a sharpshooter with unlimited range. He utilitizes his quickness to create space and get his shot off against defenders. Averaging 11 points per game he is also a very good rebounder for his size and uses his athleticism to grab tough boards. Look for Wife to have a breakout season this year.

Luke Cochran – Senior
Cochran is one of the strongest players on the team and uses his physicality down low to score against bigger defenders in the post. He has a soft touch around the basket which makes him difficult to guard one on one. averaging 10 points and 7 rebounds per game Cochran will be looked to as one of the primary scoring options on the team.

Robbie Peters – Junior
Peters is an energy player that does all the little things on both ends of the floor to help his team win games. He hustles for loose balls, takes charges, sets screens, and plays tough defense. Peters doesn’t fill up the Stat Sheet but his contributions are invaluable to the team’s success.

The Moeller Basketball team’s history- how they’ve performed in the past

In order to understand how the Moeller Basketball Team has performed in the past, one must understand the history of the team. The Basketball Program at Moeller High School was founded in 1934. The first basketball game played by a Moeller team was against Xenia Central high school on January 3, 1935. The equipment used in this game was borrowed from a local YMCA. The first coach of the Moeller Basketball team wasGuy Klemmer. He coached for three years, from 1934 to 1937. In those three years, Klemmer’s teams went 28-10.

In 1938, John McArdle took over as Head Coach and led the team to a 16-4 record. This included winning the first Cincinnati Catholic Basketball Tournament held at Music Hall. After this great success, McArdle coached four more seasons with teams compiling a 61-17 record before being drafted into World War II in 1942.

After McArdle’s departure, Chuck how did moeller do under himDuvall took over as head coach and led the team toa 21-3 record and another Cincinnati Catholic Basketball Tournament Championship in 1943. Following his one year as head basketball coach Duvall also left to serve in World War II
