1. Ersan Ilyasova Hawks (1 year, $6 million): Ilyasova is a solid stretch 4 who can space the floor and knock down 3-pointers. He was a key part of the Hawks’ playoff run last season and should be a valuable role player again this year.
2. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Lakers (1 year, $18 million): Caldwell-Pope is one of the best 3-and-D wings in the league. He’s a very good shooter and an excellent perimeter defender. At just 25 years old, he has plenty of upside and should be a great fit with the Lakers’ young core.
3. JJ Redick, Sixers (1 year, $23 million): Redick is one of the best shooters in the league and he brings invaluable experience to the young Sixers team. He should be a perfect fit in their starting lineup and will help space the floor for their talented young players
4. Rudy Gay Spurs (2 years, $17 million): Gay is coming off Achilles surgery but he’s still just 30 years old. When healthy, he’s an excellent scoring wing who can provide some much-needed firepower for the Spurs’ second unit.
5. Amir Johnson, Sixers (1 year, $11 million): Johnson is a versatile big man who can play both Power Forward and center. He’s an excellent defender and rebounder who will be a key piece of the Sixers’ rotation this season.
6. Tyreke Evans Pacers (1 year, $12 million): Evans is coming off knee surgery but he’s still just 28 years old. When healthy, he’s an explosive scorer and playmaker who can provide a spark off the bench for the Pacers.

He’ll be a key piece of the Celtics’ frontcourt rotation this season and should help them compete for another title.. 8 . Trevor Ariza , Wizards ( 1 year , $15 million ) : Ariza is another experienced 3 -and – D wing . He ‘s not quite as young as Caldwell – Pope , but he ‘s still just 32 years old . He ‘ll be a key part of the Wizards ‘ starting lineup this season and will help them compete for a top seed in the East . 9 . Marco Belinelli , Spurs ( 2 years , $12 million ) : Belinelli is another sharpshooting wing who will provide some much – needed offense for the Spurs ‘ second unit . He ‘s not quite as good as Redick , but he ‘s still one of the best shooters in the league . 10 . Jabari Parker , Bulls ( 2 years , $40 million ) : Parker is coming off ACL surgery but he ‘s still just 23 years old . When healthy , he ‘ s an explosive scorer who can play both small forward and power forward .
