NCAA Basketball Tournament Headed to Pittsburgh in 2022
The NCAA Basketball Tournament is coming to Pittsburgh in 2022. The games will be played at the Petersen Events Center on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh.

Pittsburgh was one of four finalists for the tournament site, along with Denver, Indianapolis and Salt Lake City The Selection Committee made its decision at its meeting in Indianapolis on Tuesday.
The 2022 tournament will mark the fifth time Pittsburgh has served as a host site for the men’s Basketball Championship Previous tournaments were held in Pittsburgh in 1957, 1974, 1982 and 2010.
